Day 1: Sembalun Village to Sembalun Crater Rim
-enjoying an early morning breakfast at the hotel at 6:00 am
- 07:00 AM: Arrive at Sembalun, registration at Rinjani National Park office
- 07:30 start trekking from start point kandang sapi gate
- 11:30 AM: Lunch at Pos 2 tengengean,enjoy fruits and soft drink.
- 04:00 PM: Arrive at Sembalun Crater Rim 3,639m, set up camp
- 06:00 PM: Dinner with sunset over Segara Anak Lake & Mt. Barujari
- 07:00 PM: Early rest for summit push
Day 2: Summit, Lake & Hot Springs
-01:40 am; enjoy small breakfast
-02:00 am; start climbing to rinjani peak 3.726 m
-0545 am; arrive on summit and enjoy the beautifull sunrise from the top
- 06:15 am: back to Crater Rim for enjoy second breakfast
- 08:30 AM: Descend to Segara Anak Lake 2,000m via steep rocky trail
- 11:30 AM: Arrive at the lake, lunch by the water
- 01:00 PM: Free time to soak in natural hot springs & visit Mt. Barujari view
- 04:00 PM: Set up camp by the lake, fishing possible
- 06:00 PM: Dinner & campfire by Segara Anak Lake
Day 3: Lake to Senaru Village
- 07:00 AM: Breakfast by the lake
- 08:00 AM: Trek up to Senaru Crater Rim for last view
- 11:00 AM: Lunch at Pos 3 Senaru
